Aloha Ohana,

It's been a little bit since our last update, but rest assured that new products and announcements are in the near future.

I did want to take a second and explain our new process that we are rolling out for online. Near the end of 2020 we had a 12 day production pipeline process that we tried to implement, but it definitely had its flaws. We quickly got overwhelmed and were unable to keep some orders on time, and our goal is to rectify that problem and keep it from happening in the future.

We have now moved on to changing the website over to "in stock" or not. We will be making back stock quantities specifically for online so if you order it, you should be getting a tracking # within 3 working days.

Having inventory and selling out is more effective in keeping you all happy than to make as you order it. So products will be a first come first serve basis online, as we change it over.

If you see less products on certain pages, it is simply us updating the product pages over time. Please bear with us as we work hard to upgrade the site and our processes, to better serve you all in the near future.
